State of the art test equipment and diagnostic tools.
Uniform reporting and documentation.
Swift response from dedicated On Call Computer Technician to the customer site.
Ability to offer free limited consultative service for technological enhancements, networks, upgrades, and replacements.
Factory trained and certified technicians are A+ certified.
Basic Coverage
Provided on a per from the customer site basis, billing starts when the
Computer Technician leaves the lbp office and ends at the time of departure.
All work performed on a Time and Material (T&M) basis at preferential pricing;
minimum charge one hour. All response four hours within the defined metro areas
and eight hours outside. All equipment receives a Preventative Maintenance
check (as prescribed by the manufacturer) during repairs.
Pricing
Labor: Based on up front purchase of T&M hours as determined by the table.
The customer will receive periodic statements detailing usage and remaining
available balance
Additional Charges
Zone charges are assessed for equipment outside of lbp Enterprises, Inc.
metro zone area.
Service Office Round Trip Charge
Additional charges apply for sites over 50 miles
