Complete Network Administration Service

  • Management of enterprise wide applications.
  • Install new applications and uninstall expired applications.
  • Manage user environment: add and delete users, design user interface, manage network service schedule.
  • Manage network archival and print services.
  • Maintain network topology, physical and logical layouts.
  • Manage network security.
  • Manage WAN.

Coverage

System Engineer reports to customer site on a priority basis; customer provides working areas. Preventative maintenance is done on EM for mission critical equipment. On-going scheduled maintenance is performed (scheduled at a mutually agreed upon time) in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended schedule to keep the equipment at OEM specifications.
  • Standard: Eleven (11) hour coverage, provided for the period from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., (Conditions) Monday through Friday, excluding the six nationally observed holidays.
  • Option 1): Eighteen (18) hour coverage weekdays, same conditions as standard.
  • Option 2): Twenty-four (24) hour coverage, five (5) days a week.
  • Option 3): Twenty-four (24) hour coverage, seven (7) days a week.

Flexible Payment Options

  • On-call Network T & M Services charged per hour plus actual cost of software, parts.
  • Multi year support contracts
