Basic Monthly Maintenance Commitment
Efficient, effective and timely support is a combination of the following LBP
Enterprises, Inc., provided factors:
- Free limited consultative service for technological enhancements,
upgrades, conversions and replacements, enterprise wide.
- Multi-platform, Multi-protocol LAN/ WAN design and integration.
- Experienced certified Network System Engineers; backup support staff
and management. Knowledgeable on all topologies and platforms.
- State of the art test equipment and innovative diagnostic tools.
- Powerful technical support backing from both in-house and manufacturer sources.
- Authorizations include: IBM NETeam, (AIX, OS/400, OS/2), Novell,
Windows NT, Citrix Winframe, SCO, Cisco.
- Cat. 5 certified premise wiring services
Complete Network Administration Service
- Management of enterprise wide applications.
- Install new applications and uninstall expired applications.
- Manage user environment: add and delete users, design user interface,
manage network service schedule.
- Manage network archival and print services.
- Maintain network topology, physical and logical layouts.
- Manage network security.
- Manage WAN.
Coverage
System Engineer reports to customer site on a priority basis; customer provides
working areas. Preventative maintenance is done on EM for mission critical
equipment. On-going scheduled maintenance is performed (scheduled at a
mutually agreed upon time) in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended
schedule to keep the equipment at OEM specifications.
- Standard: Eleven (11) hour coverage, provided for the period
from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., (Conditions) Monday through Friday,
excluding the six nationally observed holidays.
- Option 1): Eighteen (18) hour coverage weekdays, same conditions as standard.
- Option 2): Twenty-four (24) hour coverage, five (5) days a week.
- Option 3): Twenty-four (24) hour coverage, seven (7) days a week.
Flexible Payment Options
- On-call Network T & M Services charged per hour plus actual cost of
software, parts.
- Multi year support contracts
