We have state of the art test equipment and diagnostic tools. Of course all our service technicians are bonded and insured and accustomed to working in work spaces like your own.

When you agree to regularly scheduled maintenance with LBP Enterprises, the schedule is customized to best suit your needs and work environment. Typically scheduled maintenance is no less frequent than quarterly and can be as often as monthly depending upon your needs.

Response time:

If and when a printer goes down even though it has had regular service, it can lead to a critical situation very quickly. We know that, so we guarantee our LBP Monitoring and Proactive Support customers that we will call you back in an hour or less, and be on-site in 4 hours or less.
