LBP Prompt Services

LBP Prompt Services maximizes your flexibility, allowing customers to choose the service delivery model which best meets with their needs. The following Time and Material services allows IT users to purchase services on an “as needed, when needed” basis.

Depot services are performed at our repair center located at 110 N Wayne Avenue, Waynesboro VA 22980. The typical turnaround time for equipment brought to the LBP Depot is three to five days.

Depot diagnostic: Depot Time and Material (T&M): Fee per hour, ¼ hour min, billed in ¼ hour increments.

Depot pick up and delivery service: Telephone Support Services are performed via telephone where the user calls the LBP Service center at 540-943-8375 or 1-800-334-4LBP and connects with a LBP technician who will remote to your computer and complete the repair. Requires access to the internet.

Call In Help Desk T&M Level 1 – PCs, printers: Fee per hour, ¼ hour minimum, billed in ¼ hour increments.

Help Desk T&M Level 2 – LAN PCs, srvrs, routers: Fee per hour, ¼ hour minimum, billed in ¼ hour increments. On-site Services are performed on-site at your address. Calls are prioritized behind On Call Contract calls on a first come, first serve basis, typically within eight hours.

On-site T&M: On-site T&M – PCs and printers. Fee per hour.
On-site T&M – Networked PCs and peripherals. Fee per hour.
On-site T&M – servers, firewalls, routers, etc. Fee per hour.
Travel fees – One time flat fee based on roundtrip mileage.
