Basic Coverage
Provided on a per call basis, billing starts when the system engineer
leaves the lbp office. Charges include actual labor and required parts
(one-hour minimum).
- Mid-Range Systems and Peripherals Rates:
- Base hourly charge in the lbp Enterprises, Inc. metro service area.
- Personal Computers, Printers & Terminal Service Rate:
- Base hourly charge, one-hour minimum plus actual cost of parts on-site.
- Networking:
- Base hourly charge, one-hour minimum plus actual cost of parts on-site.
- Additional Charges:
- Zone charges will be assessed for equipment outside of lbp
Enterprises, Inc. metro zone area.
- Additional charges waived for contract customers.
Service Office Round Trip Charge
Additional charges apply for sites over 50 miles
